Terms of service
(i). All clients of Shearer Property Management LLC that are currently under a janitorial contract are entitled to a ten percent discount on all other services offered by the legal entity. This promotion does not guarantee that we will be able or willing to perform any service on your property. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion. This discount does not apply to janitorial services. Regardless of the person or entity purchasing janitorial services, the ten percent discount can only be applied to work being performed on the same building(s) being serviced under a janitorial contract. The aforementioned discount cannot be applied to work being performed on properties not being serviced for commercial cleaning by Shearer Property Management, even if the property is owned by the same person or entity purchasing janitorial services for another building they own. This promotion expires upon the termination of your janitorial contract.
(ii). We cannot perform our assembly services on all types of furniture and equipment. For questions regarding whether we can service your furniture and equipment, please call our office.
(iii). Shearer Property Management LLC does not guarantee or warranty any work performed on commercial properties, however, if you find the work to be at all unsatisfactory, we will do what we can to make it right. Please call our office as soon as you can if you experience any issues with your project.

(iv). The "Greener Clean Package" promotion consists of a 25% discount applied to the first full month of cleaning services performed by Shearer Property Management LLC to an educational institution that qualifies for the discount. A "month" refers to one full monthly billing cycle for such cleaning services. Qualifying institutions include day care centers, preschools, early learning facilities, and private schools. This promotion expires on August 1st, 2024. All cleaning services must be confirmed and scheduled (not necessarily performed) before August 1st, 2024. This promotion only applies to janitorial services. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion.
