Mike Shearer, Principal
Hi! I'm Mike, owner of Shearer Property Management LLC. I'm a student at Penn State Brandywine studying Business and an entrepreneur. I started working from the age of fourteen, and started my first business in lawn care when I was just sixteen years old. Over the years, I have learned many skills in various trades, founding Shearer Property Management in 2023. Throughout my time in the trades, I developed an interest in janitorial services. Now, I'm dedicated to giving medical property managers the best janitorial solutions by helping delegate tasks to save money, organizing efficient scopes of work, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. In addition to this, I prioritize the convenience of the employees and clients of any given facility, using a versatile and unique work schedule that lets us service your building at the most felicitous times.
